Clarice Skincare Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your skincare journey with Clarice, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


⏳ Change of Mind / Not Satisfied?

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the following return conditions:

  • Product must be in original condition — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on products that appear opened, tested, or used.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part.

📦 Incorrect Item Received

If you’ve received the wrong product:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at hello@clariceskincare.com.
  • Once confirmed, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
  • Please return the incorrect item in its unopened, unused condition.
  • We’ll then ship the correct item to you at no extra cost.

💔 Damaged or Faulty Product

If your item arrives damaged or appears faulty:

  • Email us immediately at hello@clariceskincare.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item

Once assessed and approved, you’ll be eligible for either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement product (shipped free of charge)

⚠️ Please note: All products are carefully inspected before dispatch. We cannot take responsibility for products damaged due to mishandling after delivery (e.g., being dropped, spilled, smashed, or misused).


📩 How to Request a Return

  • Email us at hello@clariceskincare.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
  • Our team will review and respond with next steps, including return instructions.
  • Return the item in a securely sealed parcel. We recommend using registered post with tracking.

⚠️ Please note: Clarice Skincare is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged return parcels.


🔁 Refunds & Exchanges

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed after delivery.
  • Refunds (minus original shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to reflect depending on your bank.
  • Exchanges will be shipped using standard shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your new item is on the way.
