Clarice Skincare Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your skincare journey with Clarice, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
⏳ Change of Mind / Not Satisfied?
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the following return conditions:
- Product must be in original condition — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- We do not accept returns on products that appear opened, tested, or used.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part.
📦 Incorrect Item Received
If you’ve received the wrong product:
- Contact us as soon as possible at hello@clariceskincare.com.
- Once confirmed, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
- Please return the incorrect item in its unopened, unused condition.
- We’ll then ship the correct item to you at no extra cost.
💔 Damaged or Faulty Product
If your item arrives damaged or appears faulty:
- Email us immediately at hello@clariceskincare.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item
Once assessed and approved, you’ll be eligible for either:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement product (shipped free of charge)
⚠️ Please note: All products are carefully inspected before dispatch. We cannot take responsibility for products damaged due to mishandling after delivery (e.g., being dropped, spilled, smashed, or misused).
📩 How to Request a Return
- Email us at hello@clariceskincare.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review and respond with next steps, including return instructions.
- Return the item in a securely sealed parcel. We recommend using registered post with tracking.
⚠️ Please note: Clarice Skincare is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged return parcels.
🔁 Refunds & Exchanges
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed after delivery.
- Refunds (minus original shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to reflect depending on your bank.
- Exchanges will be shipped using standard shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your new item is on the way.
