Free for orders over $199 AUD
Flat rate: $14.95 AUD

Estimated delivery:
Metro: 2–4 business days

Dispatch & Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse, Australia.
During peak periods (such as sales, promotions, or holidays), processing times may take slightly longer.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email.

Please note: Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch and are provided by the carrier. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


PO Boxes & Delivery Info

No, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered accurately and completely, including apartment/unit numbers. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details.


📦 Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please:
